*Complete rewrite of backend data transfer (AJAX -> WS). This should result in a much snappier experience and less instances of content failing to load.
*Switched color of offering amounts from green to black for weeks that meet or exceed budget

*Most of the app will now function without internet, provided server data was successfully retrieved at least once in the last 12 hours
